Just like a department manager within a company, the “universe” manager manages a defined department within a sales point. He/she is responsible for the activity, recruiting and supervision of training of his/her team. He/she develops and supervises the commercial teal, manages stock and responds to customer needs. He/she is also responsible for results generated by his/her team and must manager its resources independently.
