Would you like to turn your passion for board sports (snow /ski / surf) into a positive force for the planet and the community? Combine an environmental or social project with your sport?
Committed & passionate women riders, take part in the "BE THE CHANGE with OXBOW" call for projects and put all your chances on the side to realize your project, whether it's about defending the planet or supporting social and solidarity actions.
The French brand Oxbow will provide you with financial support (up to €3,000), advice throughout the various stages of your project, visibility at the heart of its communications and exclusive product prizes worth €1,500.

In a world where every female rider is becoming an agent of change, Oxbow, a certified B-CORP brand, wants to celebrate the commitment and audacity of women. BE THE CHANGE with OXBOW is much more than just a project... It's an invitation to rethink adventure, to transform every experience into a positive action, to give women the opportunity to turn their ideas into reality...
Inspired by the famous phrase attributed to Gandhi, "Be the change that you want to see in the world", through this new project the brand wishes to encourage, support and highlight the projects of committed female riders. Because every woman has the power to be the change she wants to see in the world.
WINS FOR THE WINNERS
- Project sponsorship: €3,000

- Personalized strategic support from an internal Oxbow team throughout the various stages of the project
- Project communication on Oxbow platforms (including social networks, website and newsletter)
- A special broadcast of the adventure video at Oxbow Movie Night 2025, a preview or any other Oxbow event.

- PRODUCE A 360° PRESENTATION VIDEO + A PROJECT PRESENTATION FILE:
- Each project manager will have to produce and send a video presenting her passion for board sports, her team, the concept of her project, the different stages of its realization, her commitments, aspirations and objectives through it, and of course, highlighting why her project should be selected by the brand.

SELECTION PROCESS
Once the entries have been received and sorted (deadline March 24), an internal Oxbow team specially set up for this project will score them. The 3 best entries will be selected and featured on Oxbow's various communication media.
From April 8 to 21, the general public will be invited to discover the 3 shortlisted projects and vote for their favorite.
The project with the most votes will then be announced at the end of April, and must be completed between May and December 2024.
