Finance and Operations Director

Nature

The Finance and Operations Director is usually part of the board of Directors. He/she therefore represents the company in negotiations with government administrations, banks and institutions. Able to wear different hats, he/she must be able to adapt to all key sectors within the company: legal, production, accounting, personnel management...a typical schedule includes multiple internal and external meetings, in which he/she delegates and organizes tasks. Due to the hierarchy of this position, the level of involvement and varied responsibilities, the position requires that the Finance and Operations Director remain constantly updated on economic environments and be able to adapt the various possible evolutions of the company.
