Physical and mental preparer

Nature

The role of a physical preparer is to ensure the physical and mental development of an athlete, both for athletic performance and personal balance and stability. He/she therefore oversees the athlete's nutrition, trainings and lifestyles. Working closely with the coach, he/she organizes work/training and recovery times. He/she follows the athlete to all events and competitions and puts into place personalized concentration techniques.
