The videographer is an audiovisual technician who uses video as a medium for his images. Under the generic term of videographer, there are two distinct jobs: the cameraman (who takes the shots) and the editor (who assembles the different parts of the film that have been shot). Adapted to board sports, the videographer generally works as a freelancer and has the skills of cameraman and editor. His work is diversified, he can make films for brands, reportage, advertising video etc... He is paid according to the level of his services and therefore must constantly negotiate new contracts to meet his needs.
