Pierre Etienne BIDON

"When it comes to mental health, one thing is certain: we're still too helpless. As employees, it's often difficult to confide in colleagues or managers. The subject remains taboo, and we fear being judged. Although companies want to take action to improve the mental health of their teams, they are not always legitimate or trained to do so. With the creation of moka.care, we aim to offer a human, tailor-made and confidential solution for taking care of your mental health. Pierre Etienne BIDON, Co-founder of MOKA.CARE

Created by two entrepreneurs, Pierre-Etienne Bidon and Guillaume d'Ayguesvives, moka.care is a collective adventure shared by people committed to supporting companies and their teams in all aspects of mental health. Father of 2 and passionate about extreme sports and endurance (paragliding, kitesurfing, cycling, running), Pierre-Etienne is driven by the conviction that the greatest successes are born in serene minds. And that's what gave rise to moka.care, the complete mental health prevention solution for businesses.

At moka.care, we've been reinventing corporate psychological support since 2019 to make it much more impactful, human and personalized. Today, we are the French leader in global prevention solutions, used 20 times more than traditional solutions in over 150 companies in France and Europe, including L'Oréal, Engie, Doctolib and Allianz.

moka.care gives managers and HR professionals the keys to :

  • anticipate the psychosocial risks inherent in their organization
  • cultivate their teams' resilience to stress
  • react appropriately to emergency situations

Alongside moka.care, Pierre-Etienne & Guillaume wanted to create a link between their two core areas of interest: sport and mental health, in order to change the way people looked at the latter.

To embody this, they launched a podcast: Les Secrets du Mental, which became an Apple Podcast favorite in just a few months. They've already had the good fortune and pride of having Justine Dupont, Blaise Matuidi, Antoine Dupont, Alizé Cornet, Camille Lacourt and other exceptional sportsmen and women on the mic.

Companies are driven by teams that feel good.
