About the International Sports Tourism Congress :
On September 11 and 12, conferences and round tables will address current and future issues in sports tourism, as determined by stakeholders in the field during a wide-ranging consultation conducted in the autumn of 2022. Adapting sports tourism practices to climate change and the role of sports tourism in enhancing the attractiveness of regions will be the main themes of this event.
Themes such as the new tourism offer in the mountains, sports facilities with a dual "local & tourist" target, itinerant sports, events designed to develop the attractiveness of territories, local governance and management of peak visitor numbers will bring together a panel of speakers with innovative approaches, a list of which can be found at https://www.ist-events.com
