TAHE in the spotlight at Bercy

The prestigious French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty has once again highlighted TAHE's exceptional expertise. Selected by the Élysée in June 2023, TAHE, with its 44 years of expertise and industrial excellence, was chosen to present its METEOR and COMET surfboards at Bercy from March 11 to 15. The event marked the first "rencontres de l'économie du sport", which focused on the importance of the Olympic Games as a catalyst for the sports economy.

Bruno Le Maire, France's Minister of the Economy, took the opportunity to highlight the impact of the Olympic Games on the sports economy, defining priority areas for the sector. These included the ecological transition, the internationalization of companies, support for manufacturing in France, the development of sportech and the qualification and diversity of professions.

TAHE, with its long history and commitment to sustainable development, has perfectly embodied these values. A pioneer in the large-scale manufacture of surfboards in France since 1993, TAHE has always been at the forefront of the industry. The brand was proud to present its recyclable surfboards, made in France, at the event.

As surfing makes its Olympic debut with the first event in Teahupoo - Tahiti, from July 27 to August 4, TAHE has seized the opportunity to highlight its commitment to made in France and sustainability. With 80% of its production exported to over 90 countries, including almost 50% to the United States, TAHE demonstrates its ability to expand internationally while remaining true to its French roots.
