Description

The sales assistant is in charge of sales support for the customer department and acts as a link between the sales and customer departments. They report to sales management. He/she is in charge of managing administrative tasks linked to the running of the customer service department, and organizes the sales force teams. He/she must have a thorough knowledge of the board sports industry and the various partners with whom they work.

Mission

Management of customer disputes, endowments, monitoring of account creation.
Management of sales tools, order book
Participation in the organization of sales events
Drafting and publishing of periodic management charts
Reporting: sales follow-up with key accounts and analysis.

Access

Commercial training is the most suitable, but commercial sensitivity is a prerequisite. A candidate with a strong personality and a convincing personality will be preferred for this type of position.
