IT Project Chief
Nature
The Project Chief is responsible for conceiving, developing, setting up and delivering (sometimes maintaining and adapting also) applications. He/she works in cooperation with the programmer who implements the Project Chief's instructions and strategies. In charge of global management of projects, he/she also plays the role of the interface at the intersection of the various professionals required to work together (engineers, technicians, clients, suppliers...etc). He/she is the person who ensures that the project is on schedule and guarantees that it will meet deadlines.
Mission
Developing scoreboards (by analysing and evaluating necessary means and budgets and work loads for a given project).
Direct, supervise and coordinate the various teams working on the project, by assigning roles and checking tasks, but also by offering technical assistance and support through all stages
