Description

In collaboration with the marketing team, the team manager is responsible for managing the athletes sponsored by the company. Very often the team manager is a former athlete of the brand. However, the skills and the nature of the job mean that nowadays a good knowledge of the sports and competitive system is no longer enough. As the interface between the brand and the athletes, the team manager must ensure the promotion of the athletes to the media and therefore the visibility of the brand. Available 24 hours a day for the athletes and the media, he travels the world to accompany the athletes to the competition sites.

Nature
