Description

The sales manager plays a strategic and central role in all sectors of the company. He works with the general management, of which he is a part, and with his sales representatives, for whom he acts as a relay. This makes for a delicate position, as he must deal with the demands of both parties. He/she is under pressure from the top management and must constantly act as a manager for the sales force. The sales manager must therefore be an experienced person, who knows perfectly well how the board sports market works and who lives under pressure.
