The customer service manager is the interface between production and the brand's retailers. Their role is to answer technical questions and solve quality problems. He/she gathers and analyzes information to propose diagnoses and applicable solutions. Materially, his work is characterized by the drafting of summary sheets which serve as support for the R&D department.
