The community manager is in charge of federating a community of Internet users around a common interest, animating exchanges on this theme, while ensuring that the rules of good conduct are respected within the community and also developing and managing the presence of an organization (brand, association, game, product ...) on the Internet.

Mission

  • Develop and manage an organization's presence within web communities
  • Ensure that the community's cohesion around these spaces is enhanced and that members are encouraged to create content
  • Relay the contributions, opinions, remarks and suggestions of community members to the organization's leaders
  • Improve the technical platform of the community
  • Monitor the web and take stock of the brand's e-reputation
